On September 4, 2007, the Anchor Center welcomed visually impaired children of Colorado to the new, state-of-the-art Julie McAndrews Mork building. Please click on this link to read the article in the Rocky Mountain News. The Ribbon Cutting ceremony took place September 28 at 2 pm. A Family Fun Festival was held September 29 at 11 am. Tours were available at both events. We look forward to utilizing this new teaching facility built specifically for Colorado's young blind children. For more information, call Sheila at 303-377-9732 ext. 114 or visit the Delta Gamma Anchor Center for Blind Children Web site.

As part of the grand opening, Anchor Center created a commemorative book. The 18 pages are full of memories, tributes and facts about Anchor over the years.
